Idanim is an invitation, a space, and a journey to discover the peace within.
Most of us spend our lives searching for peace through achievements, relationships, circumstances, and even meditation and spiritual practices. Yet it remains elusive.
Peace is not something to be achieved in the future or attained through techniques. It is already within us, beneath the constant movement of thoughts, emotions, and desires. The invitation is to rediscover what has always been here.
Welcome to this adventure of self-discovery.
Idanim brings together meditation, spiritual wisdom, and community to support every stage of the journey.
Our meditations are 100% free & available on the Idanim app & YouTube. Explore all practices & discover what resonates with you.
Designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, our courses help you deepen your meditation practice and integrate it into daily life.
We explore specific topics in greater depth through interactive sessions with experienced teachers and fellow seekers. Some topics include:
A safe and welcoming space to pause, reflect, and experience greater presence, stillness, and connection through meditation, nature, community, and shared exploration.

Idanim offers a 100% free meditation app created to help people begin and grow in their meditation and mindfulness journey. We bring together experienced teachers from around the world who share simple practices to bring more clarity, balance, and peace into your life.
Raman's journey into mindfulness and meditation began in 2009 and has deeply transformed the way he experiences life. Over the years, he has explored meditation through silence retreats, mindfulness practices, self-inquiry, and teachings from different spiritual traditions.
Despite years of exploration, he continues to see himself as a sincere seeker and student on this path of inner peace and self-discovery.
His journey and practice of meditation (and life) have been deeply influenced by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Osho, and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
