‘TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED’ (“TTN”) respects your privacy and TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED is thereby committed to protecting your right to privacy.TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED does not sell any user information or share it with any third parties, nor does it allow any advertising on its Website or App.

TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED has developed a proprietary platform in form of a mobile and web application launched under the name and style of “Idanim” (“App”) and a website located at “www.idanim.com” (“Website”) for guided meditations and live stream sessions led by Teachers from India and the world. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the Website and App which provides you with access to pre-recorded guided meditations and live stream sessions, including but not limited to, on mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, chakra-balancing, shamanic journeys as well as music genres like chanting, ambient, instrumental, classical, and sound healing, podcasts, stories led by Teachers from India and around the World that cater to a range of benefits such as sleep, managing stress, relieving anxiety, fostering gratitude, and boosting self-confidence (“Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully which provides you with information about our privacy practices, including what information we collect, how this information is used, and with whom this information is shared.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT: When you interact with TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily choose to provide such information such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services on our App, or Website or use certain Services. Wherever we collect Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it per this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to our offices and servers or those of our affiliates or contractors located worldwide.

2. Location Data: The Services include various location-based features, such as accessing your time zone to set up reminders via SMS or e-mails. To provide these location-based features, TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED and its partners and licensees may collect, use and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your mobile device. For others, such as Facebook, this information will only be shared with your explicit permission or if you choose to share it.

Such information, which may be collected passively using various technologies, or via submission of data by fitness devices you have configured to work with the Services, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information ourselves or it may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents, or service providers. We may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors on the App and the Website and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze usage of the Services more accurately.   • Allowing you to monitor your meditation use and progress on the Idanim App and Website for example, by presenting updated results of your meditation progress
  • Performing statistical analysis of users of the App and Website, and their viewing and participation patterns and for product development
  • Customizing and delivering information about our Services including live stream sessions and offerings by email or SMS
  • Providing customer support and sending confirmations about your account
  • Protecting our intellectual property and other rights. We may use the information that we collect to prevent illegal activities, to enforce the TO THE NEW PRIVATE LIMITED’s Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

5. OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION: There are certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, including as set forth below:

Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event relating to all or a portion of our business or assets, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Service Providers, Agents and Related Third Parties: We sometimes hire other companies or individuals to perform certain business-related functions. Examples include mailing information and maintaining databases. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we may need to provide them with access to certain Personal Data. By installing or registering the app, you covenant that you are giving consent to receive any sort of electronic communications from Idanim.

6. EXCLUSIONS: This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to us. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of our Website, such as bulletin boards (collectively, "Public Areas"), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing services, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"), including all User Content, as that term is defined in our Terms of Use, that by its nature is accessible or intended to be accessible to other users of the Services. All such Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution. Please also note that any Personal Data or other information you provide to be displayed in your publicly available online profile will be displayed for others to see and thus will not be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We cannot and will not be responsible for what third parties do with any Personal Data or other information that you choose to make publicly available. As such, we advise that you exercise great care in determining what information you choose to make publicly available through the Services.

7. CHILDREN: We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 and do not target our Websites to children under 13 years of age. If you are under thirteen, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Data through any of our Services without their permission. 9. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY: The Services we offer may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. If the changes are material, we’ll let you know by email or posting a notice on the Website before the changes go into effect. The notice will designate a reasonable amount of time (the “Notice Period”) after which the new privacy policy will go into effect for all users.
