Raman's journey into mindfulness and meditation began in 2009 and has deeply transformed the way he experiences life. Over the years, he has explored meditation through silence retreats, mindfulness practices, self-inquiry, and teachings from different spiritual traditions. Despite years of exploration, he continues to see himself as a sincere seeker and student on this path of inner peace and self-discovery.
His journey and practice of meditation (and life) have been deeply influenced by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Osho, and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
