Prepare For Your Session

Now that you’ve booked your session, please note the steps below:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email & a calendar invite in a little while from our partner Appointlet.

  2. Once our team confirms your booking, you will receive another email from Appointlet <notifications@appointlet.com > that says your meeting has been Approved.

  3. Once you receive the approval mail, you can see your scheduled session on the Idanim App. You will also receive reminder emails 1 day and 15 minutes before the session starts.

  4. On the day of your session, you can then join the meeting on Idanim App:

    1. Option 1: Go to Idanim App > Click on LIVE Events > Go to the Exclusive tab at the top > Click on the scheduled meeting

    2. Option 2: Click on the link mentioned in any of the emails or calendar invite from your mobile - It will redirect you to the Exclusive tab under LIVE Events > Click on the scheduled meeting

Things to Note

  1. Our teachers have sessions scheduled with other users as well and hence, won’t be able to extend the session duration. We request you to be on time to use your entire time.

  2. You cannot reschedule your session. If you can’t join your session on your chosen time, please drop us an email on support@idanim.com sharing your reason. We will try to accommodate cases in case of emergencies. However, we can’t promise another session with your preferred teacher.
