Toby Ouvry has been practicing and teaching meditation and mindfulness for 20+ years. He is a mindfulness coach at the INSEAD School of Business, Singapore. His focus areas of meditation are mindfulness and stress transformation.

Toby is also the founder and principal facilitator at Integral Meditation Asia delivering mindfulness programs to the public and corporate sectors. He has spent 10 years training in the Tibetan Tradition including 5 years as an ordained Buddhist monk. He is the author of the book ‘Engaged Mindfulness – What mindfulness is and how we can apply it to our daily lives’.
