About the Teacher

Raman Mittal

Raman is the co-founder of TO THE NEW, a digital technology services company. In 2022, his practice and search of self-discovery led to the creation of Idanim, one of India's leading meditation platforms, impacting more than a million lives.

Raman's journey into mindfulness and meditation began in 2009 and has deeply transformed the way he experiences life. Over the years, he has explored meditation through silence retreats, mindfulness practices, self-inquiry, and teachings from different spiritual traditions. Despite years of exploration, he continues to see himself as a sincere seeker and student on this path of inner peace and self-discovery.

His journey and practice of meditation (and life) have been deeply influenced by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Osho, and the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
