Course Details

  • This live online course will have 8 sessions
  • All sessions will be conducted in Hinglish
  • Each session will be conducted on Sunday starting 24th May, ending 12th July
  • Each of the 8 sessions will be ~1.5 hours long, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
  • Each session is a blend of wisdom, guided practice, and open conversation
  • Please keep a pen and paper handy for taking notes and writing answers when asked during the sessions
  • Lifetime access to recordings of each session

Rishma Palkar

Rishma has over 10 years of experience practicing and facilitating meditation sessions, workshops, and retreats. She is trained as an Osho Meditation teacher & Zen Counsellor. She focuses on active meditation, guided meditation, and self-hypnosis, guiding participants toward inner stillness and presence.
