Rishma has over 10 years of experience practicing and facilitating meditation sessions, workshops, and retreats. She is trained as an Osho Meditation teacher & Zen Counsellor. She focuses on active meditation, guided meditation, and self-hypnosis, guiding participants toward inner stillness and presence.
