A Personal Invitation from Raman Mittal

Dear Friend,

Why does happiness feel so hard to find? Even with all the comforts of modern life, stress and anxiety seem to be everywhere. We keep searching, but something still feels missing. What is it?

Every day, we wake up, work hard, and try to escape through entertainment, social media, or weekend trips. But no matter what we do, we keep coming back to the same restless feeling. Fear, stress, and worry have become a part of daily life.

Sages and scriptures say that peace is within us. But what does that really mean? Where is this "within," and why do we keep looking for happiness outside?

About Retreat

calendar icon20-22 Feb, 2026location iconDeham Naturecure, Mulshi, Pune

This 3-day retreat offers a chance to step away from the chaos of daily life and return to the peace that lives within you.

This is not a retreat full of difficult practices or heavy ideas. It's a space to slow down, rest, and reconnect with what truly matters. It is an awakening to ourselves, it is an awakening to Sat Chit Anand within ourselves.

We'll understand what keeps us away from ourselves and peace within, meditate in stillness, enquire about our true nature, move and dance with joy, share stories and questions, and explore deeply with the fellow community members.

Let nature & silence guide you to inner peace and help you return home.

Key Highlights
