Why This Course?

We often hear: “Live in the present moment.” But what does that really mean? If peace is in the Now, why does it often feel so hard to touch-even when we meditate?

Most of the time, our attention is pulled into the past or the future. We replay memories, we anticipate what’s next, and we miss what is here. This habit creates stress, anxiety, and restlessness. Life feels heavy, and even our daily actions lose their joy.

But when we gently return to the present moment, something shifts. A natural peace arises. Creativity flows more freely. Relationships soften. Even simple activities feel lighter and more alive.

This 2-day immersive retreat is your chance to step out of the pull of past and future, and directly experience the stillness, clarity, and peace of the Now.
