From Doing to Being

An online course to help you deepen your practice

About the course

Many practitioners spend years perfecting meditation techniques, or approach meditation as a tool to achieve something—better health, success, or even mystical experiences. In this pursuit, they often keep chasing a result, a special state, or a repeated experience they once had. Yet in doing so, they miss the very heart of meditation.

True meditation is not doing or achieving but being, simply present, resting in awareness, stillness, and peace in this very moment. It is not about striving or seeking, but about allowing what is to be.

This course is designed to help participants experience the direct taste of beingness, presence, stillness and the silence within where peace is a natural state, not something that one achieves in future.
